The sequence that my clients follow when it comes to weight training for legs.
If you look below, they normally start with body weight squats for about a month. The following month they follow with Goblets Squats, then Land Mine Squats and Last Barbell Squats. This helps their connecting tissue like ligaments and tendons to progress without the possibility of injuries. In the next post I will be adding Barbell Squats.
