2-10lbs for the ladies who would like to start their own home gym. So you can do Online training as well. It is the Future.
You can buy the equipment in the link below. I have a set of two in my personal training studio where I train my clients. They are great to work with.
I can quickly un screw them and set it from 10lbs to 8lbs while training a group of clients.
