I agree with you. I am going to go down to the club area and do some exercises during my lunch break but is is also good to do some first thing in the morning it definitely helps wake you up and start the day off right congratulations 👏 keep it up 👍

Excited to start working with Adam and having a community to talk with
Hi I am working out with a yoga app and I started at 155 pounds and now I am at 151 and the best part is my core is getting stronger. I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and it affected my mobility to the point that I am walking with a walker my goal is to not have to use a walker anymore and I am happy to report that I have taken a few steps without the walker and my balance is so much better. I cannot wait to work with Adam so I can keep on track with my health goals. I wish everyone the best. The key is consistency. Have a great night everyone
