FREE SOBER OCTOBER CHALLENGE
Hi All, being the 1st of October I will be creating a FREE sober October sobriety challenge. I’ll be creating a community group for whoever would like to join in the free challenge where I’ll be looking to go live each week, provide tips and tricks on how to remain sober throughout the month breaking down the cycle, patterns and awareness around how and why we become addicted and the urge to drink. You will have access to: monthly sober October sobriety worksheet for you to always go back to when those cravings emerge + much more to come… I welcome you all to pass on the message to not only inspire but to bring on as many humans as possible into this challenge to show how powerful your life can be through sobriety. Stay tuned for our grand opening this afternoon once we launch the community page. Feel free to DM myself and I can’t stress enough the more people we can have on this program the more lives we can impact. As this challenge is FREE, there is nothing stopping you apart from YOU 🙏

Discover a win from today that you can end the day on a high note & celebrate it with joy, passion & gratitude 🙏 It could be large or small, for example; 🍺 I stayed sober for the day (Huge win)🥇 💪 I completed some sort of physical activity. 💕 I shared the love around by doing a random act of kindness 🫶 🌿 Went for a walk or run through nature and experienced peacefulness.. 🙏 completed a five minute mindfulness practice. Comment, like others wins & let’s celebrate each & every win🎉

You see, if we continually focus on alcohol that will be forefront of your mind. Instead, let’s rewire your thought patterns through 10 grateful things you can come up with in the NOW. Large or small. I’d like you then to really take a moment in a quiet space and vision your future self this time next year. sober, joyful, happy, grateful & how good you will feel both physically & mentally. The more we can focus on the direction we “MUST” lean into the more aligned your life will be with your future self.. “Become that version of yourself you truely admire, then show that person to the world”🙏 You got this Fit2Thrive Fam 🙌✨
