Been away from home for about a week! While I haven’t trained every day/had access to a gym or eaten my typical diet this session before this last leg of the trip home is serving as my primer before I return…I make a point when I travel to be sure I still have some foundations in play. Water intake, taking the stairs I saw every stair Galveston had on that island by the way, getting my steps in… what are y’all’s travel essentials to maintain your foundations even if you’re not training every day?
