Fish oil, L-Theanine, ashwaganda, probiotic, digestive enzymes, vitamin k2 & D3, fiber, collagen, B12, womenβs multi vitamin. @Hannah Smets what yall take and why?
Trying to simplify my supplements! I feel I am taking too many and they may all not work together! I take iron and fish oil in the early morning, womenβs one a day, calcium, vitamin c, and folate later in the morning, and magnesium, k2/d3, allergy pill, and zinc before bed
