Unless you prefer that...but I'm going to always stick by this! Now, eating the same thing everyday does=fool proof, but I've got some customs worked into my roster. Adaptations, alterations, get creative, make it from scratch, take the long way...I'm doing it all to still enjoy my food. One of my faves to make instead of buy is granola...in the stores=added sugars, refined grains, artificial adds....at home=cut the cals in half, significantly less sugar, custom your ingredients. What are some foods/recipes/or add ins that take ya'lls food choices from nah to yeahhh buddy for your meal plan?
