Playing it safe with the storm. I like my car without hail damage. Here is a workout that you can do at home with no equipment:
Warm up:
Jumping jacks- 30
Mountain climbers- 40
Burpees- 12
Bear crawl (4 up, 4 back)- 20

Body weight squats (add weight if you have it)- 15
Reverse lunges- 10 each leg
Glute bridge (use a band if you have one, move slow)- 20
Wall sit- 1 minute

3 rounds
Push-ups- 10
Plank- 1 minute
Shoulder taps- 20
Superman’s- 20
