Prepped chicken thighs, baked potato chunks, boiled broccoli, kimchi, & my favorite sauces: mayonnaise and ketchup mixture for potatoes and ranch with bbq for my chicken.
This is such a simple meal but soooo delicious and satisfying. And you can mix it up by changing what seasonings you use, or maybe swapping the vegetable or baking sweet potatoes instead.
