Hey guys, exciting to go through 50 days +++ journey again with you all
I have no problem with a lot of sport (50m +)
It is difficult for me to drink enough of water
I stoped eating bad food but it is hard to count calories... Sometimes I eat more then needed - will work on that. 80% full and then wait/stop (HARA HACHI BU)
No problem with walking - I have beautiful nature around me 😀
