Day 4 - Yoga sesh & more
Highlight of my day was attending a much needed Yoga class. Haven’t been in a bit and let me tell you my muscles felt it in all the right ways. The perks of having things close to me is that it motivates me to run there and back rather than use my car. Overall a very productive day. Hoping to lock in some quality sleep tonight. Almost forgot to mention I did 100 pushups on my run to yoga with the GOAT DHT365.

Day 4 - almost fully adjusted to Intermittent Fasting
It takes a few days for me to adjust to a new diet (intermittent fasting). Day 2 and Day 3 sucked. Day 4 was much better. Tomorrow morning I will have the ultimate test: 270 Burpees livestream and 75min yoga sculpt class before having a meal 🫡. Wish me luck!
First 50: Day 1 and Day 2 Review
On Day 1 I was so excited that I ran the fastest 5K that I have ever ran before (22:49). It was a Very Hard Intensity for me but felt great in the moment as I was doing it. I held to my diet pretty easily and did a good HIIT workout while also drinking a whole gallon of water. By the next day, it was a complete 180 as I struggled to not eat more than I was supposed to and was having a bad day on top of that. When moments like that happen I tend to eat for comfort. I started day off running a good 5K in 25 minutes (Hard Intensity), but afterwards car didn't start because the battery was drained. I had to take a $50 Uber to work, got bad news that one of the tennis courts I normally use for one of my clinics is now not available for me to use anymore, one of my long time clients is no longer coming to one of my clinics anymore and I ended up cancelling my last class at that court that I later found out I could have still had. See why I was seeking comfort food, lol. But I still got to bed on time, still stuck to my diet, still did my Yoga Stretch for 1hr and 19 minutes and still drunk over 12 Cups of Water. So, I say all of that to say, staying locked in is definitely a process, but if we don't go through moments like these and overcome them, then how do you expect to get to be the best version of ourselves. Alright, time to get back at it. Heading to the Culver City Stairs! Stay locked in everyone!!! 🔐 Manny

Friday reminder
Weekends are where most people drift. They think they’ve “earned” the break. Truth? Every day you’re either moving closer to your goal, or further away. Consistency compounds. Day by day. Choice by choice. You already wrote down your vision on Day 0. Don’t forget it. Trust the process. Let’s get after it.
