Hey guys, exciting to go through 50 days +++ journey again with you all - I have no problem with a lot of sport (50m +) - It is difficult for me to drink enough of water - I stoped eating bad food but it is hard to count calories... Sometimes I eat more then needed - will work on that. 80% full and then wait/stop (HARA HACHI BU) - No problem with walking - I have beautiful nature around me 😀 My day yesterday: - I ran 5.6 km - Did 105 pushups in 1 set - Was working out in a gym about 1 hour. - Created video's about previous days and posted on Youtube and IG :-) https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rDoHPRV623M https://www.instagram.com/pavlobefirst/ P.S.
