I've been incorporating a daily 10 minute stretching routine to allow for better kicks. I've been mixing it up with a few different stuff every time. Mostly working on my split stretch. Lately my favorite is when I've put my leg sideways on a sofa couch and set a timer going for 1-2 minutes and will do this a couple rounds. Right after, I'll have awesome kicks 🦵
How about you guys? Any stretching routines or are you currently struggling to have one?
