Hello Beautiful People!!
I am excited to announce that I will be giving away 10 FREE spots in my 8 hour, Introductory WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT SELF DEFENSE CLASS.
In my class you will learn more than just physical skills, you will also learn:
🏵️ emotional self defense skills
🏵️ verbal self defense skills and,
🏵️ the definition of "violence", how often it occurs and some real life skills to help you identify and prevent violence in your life.
I would like to hold the class in January or early February.💪🏽👊🏽 I am trying out video and online teaching 👩🏽🏫and this will be a chance for me to, try it out, see how the skills translate and get feedback.
