- Welcome new members
- Maintain posting momentum
- Tag people into relevant threads
Admin 1:
- Final approval on big ideas
- Announcements & major updates
- Tone & culture direction
Admin 2:
- Structure posts
- Maintain templates and pinned posts
- Manage back-end messaging
Admin 3:
- Invite new creators
- Check on low-engagement members
- Help people share their work
