🌿 Welcome to Wild Squatch Wellness. You’re in the right place. This is a cozy, nourishment-first community for diet-weary women who are done fighting their bodies and ready to walk a more natural, body-aligned healing path — just as designed. This space exists to support relearning how to listen, work with, and eventually trust your body and nature — not override them. There is no rushing, no fixing, and no “try harder” energy here. And this matters most: You don’t need to trust your body yet. Wanting to stop fighting is enough. ✨ This is a space to slow down, experiment gently, and reconnect with how your body is meant to function — in rhythm with nature, not in battle with it. Thank you for being here.Let’s keep it sacred, squatchy, and nourishing. 🌲 ➡️ Before posting, please review our community guidelines here: https://www.skool.com/feed-your-fat-9757/-/rules) Now go to the CLASSROOM tab and start exploring!

We are not machines
I went live on Facebook today and thought you all would get something out of my reflection 😊 I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Winter Signals
- What signals of winter am I noticing in my body (slower pace, appetite changes, desire for quiet, need for warmth or rest)? I have noticed that I am more fatigued than usual. As I read this prompt I realized that this is my body expressing it's need to rest and requesting more time for healing.
A quick update on the Wild Squatch Wellness community (and some bonuses for you)
Hi loves, Feed Your Fat is back up! Each module now includes a companion PDF for reference. These are designed to support your learning alongside the online material — not to be consumed all at once or perfected. (Unless you’re just that kind of nerd and can’t help yourself.) I’m beginning to gently expand the broader Wild Squatch Wellness community as a way to create a softer on-ramp for future Feed Your Fat participants. This is about building a supportive, nourishment-first container over time—not changing or diluting what you’re already part of. Just to be very clear: Feed Your Fat remains its own dedicated, intimate, and exclusive journey. Nothing about your access, your content, or the depth of this work is being reduced or opened up. What is expanding is the outer layer—the place where future participants can learn how to slow down, orient to their bodies, and step out of diet and hustle conditioning before they ever enter deeper metabolic repair. Think of it as building the soil so the work can actually take root. The best part about this is that these new offerings are available to you in the Classroom for FREE. They’re optional, supportive, and meant to complement—not replace—what we’re doing inside Feed Your Fat. More than anything, I want you to know this expansion is about stewardship, not scale. I’m growing the soil carefully so that when new people arrive, the culture is already rooted in safety, slowness, and trust. Thank you for being part of this circle. Truly. With love, Hannah

January Monthly Orientation
Once you’ve watched January’s Monthly Orientation video (in the Classroom), you’re welcome to share any reflections that arise—about the teaching itself or the journal and discussion prompts. This is how we tend a safe, steady, and caring community—one we can keep returning to, season after season.
