Second Brain
Karrie and I have been chatting about a second brain set up. I believe Tiago Forte coined idea this several years ago as a personal knowledge management system to get ideas out of your head and stored somewhere. Your brain is meant to solve problems, not remember information. Because we often ask our brains to act as storage, it can hamper our productivity and contribute to anxiety, etc. So having a system for keeping everything we want to remember makes sense. Has anyone done this? What system have you used? There are so many YouTube videos recommending Notion, Obsidian, and other programs. I am curious to know what's worked for you, how long you've been doing it, and any tips and tricks. This has been a rabbit hole for me the last few days 🐰
Are you switching??
Not sure if you’ve been watching the news regarding Anthropic (creators of Claude) and Open Ai (ChatGPT)….for political reasons people are dropping chat and moving to Claude. Are you switching??
How’s your 2026 so far?
I 😍 podcasts! On my way to work this morning, I was listening to Leila Hormozi’s podcast, BUILD. She was talking about New Year’s resolutions and how she had no room in her calendar to add anything new. Which led to the question of what can she subtract? This is something we typically don’t ask ourselves….especially as women. If you are feeling overwhelmed already (and it’s only the 13th of Jan) or even if you’re not, have you looked at what you could remove this year? Do you do that as a regular practice?? I thought it was a great podcast and got me thinking. What are you still carrying? Could be something you’re doing out of habit. Carrying others’ expectations… Here’s the link to the podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/build-with-leila-hormozi/id1663834553?i=1000744969900 WARNING ‼️ If you haven’t listened to Leila, she does drop f-bombs so you may not want to listen in front of the kids! 🤣

What are you doing with AI?
When you entered the the community and answered the question, "How comfortable are you with using AI right now, " a lot of you said you were experimenting or using it weekly. What types of things are you experimenting with? Prompting, different tools or software? And to those who said they used it weekly, what types of tasks are you using AI for?

What are you thankful for?
It's almost Thanksgiving Day in the US. While we aren't a turkey-eating family (chicken is more our thing), I do love apple pie! 🥧 Take a moment to think about what or who you are grateful for and drop it below. I am thankful for y'all joining my Skool community! 💗 I look forward to sharing all the AI goodness with you and having lots of conversations. I am an open book (and read lots of biz/personal dev books). I have almost 10 years of online biz experience, have used way too many tools along the way, and am enjoying all the learning around AI. There's a lot of fun coming your way! xoxo Karrie
