Second Brain
Karrie and I have been chatting about a second brain set up. I believe Tiago Forte coined idea this several years ago as a personal knowledge management system to get ideas out of your head and stored somewhere. Your brain is meant to solve problems, not remember information. Because we often ask our brains to act as storage, it can hamper our productivity and contribute to anxiety, etc. So having a system for keeping everything we want to remember makes sense. Has anyone done this? What system have you used? There are so many YouTube videos recommending Notion, Obsidian, and other programs. I am curious to know what's worked for you, how long you've been doing it, and any tips and tricks. This has been a rabbit hole for me the last few days 🐰

Claude is 🤔 confused
Have you looked at your memories to see what it’s keeping on you? I have not been very biz focused so it’s confused between offers, off white paint colors for the house, green colors for my office, and tile for my back splash! 🤣. In Chatgpt, it is easy to clean up. You just go in and delete. Claude I am still in discussions with on paint and tile so not doing anything. Maybe be my offers will be more colorful🤣🤣

Are you working in different projects for your house vs business? That might help eliminate some of the confusion? I notice Claude projects don't talk to each other the same way ChatGPT threads seem to.
What I am building in April
So I made a goal of building my Claude AI brain and to start diving in to Claude for the month of April. If you're interested in doing the same, I am sharing a couple of resources: FREE RESOURCES Anthropic University Claude Courses Claude Code Full Course from Sabrina Ramanov - Free on YouTube PAID I joined Gabriel Omat's Futureproof: The Evolution Lab for $27. She shares how to build your business brain, which is where I am starting. What I love about her is that she is a coach, so she's building and sharing what she's doing and how she's using Claude. (vs learning everything there is to know.) Sabrina's video above is an entrepreneur so it's great to learn use cases. What are you building this week? This month? Using Claude already? Share how you're using it!

I'd love to learn more about this Karrie - are you able to do a video (short) about the claude brain? I've seen chats elsewhere on like re claude cowork and claude code and claude agents. It's all a lot for my non-tech brain. But I do have a goal of integrating humanized AI and ethical use within my brand offers, so I would be interested to learn more.
Are you switching??
Not sure if you’ve been watching the news regarding Anthropic (creators of Claude) and Open Ai (ChatGPT)….for political reasons people are dropping chat and moving to Claude. Are you switching??

I’m debating, but I have purchased so many custom GPTs that I think are coded to work only in Chat, that I’m not sure I can move them. Plus I’ve heard Chat works better for strategy etc where Claude is better for writing. So I’m kind of torn.
Sunday Funday!
Do you like to plan your week on Friday or Sunday? It’s Sunday afternoon and I am getting ready for the week before the Bears 🐻 game! I brain dump all my tasks into ChatGPT and have her help me prioritize for the week based on what my goal is for the week, month, or quarter. She acts as my own personal assistant and cheerleader! What is one thing you are using Chatty for this week? Or could use her for, if you’re not a daily AI user?

It’s interesting because I do my planning a little on Friday and a little on Sunday. Lol We usually grocery shop on the weekends, so Friday night I go over everyone’s schedule and figure out what we need and make our list. Over the weekend I have a little more space to do my actual brain dump of tasks, plan out which days I’ll be handling errands, etc. I’m starting to lean more into AI to help me with business tasks and planning to help me reach the goals I’ve set. I know I’m only using it for a fraction of its capabilities. I tried using a meal planning gpt, but I didn’t love the recipe suggestions it came back with (even though it’s probably what I need to eat 🫣)
