I 😍 podcasts! On my way to work this morning, I was listening to Leila Hormozi’s podcast, BUILD.
She was talking about New Year’s resolutions and how she had no room in her calendar to add anything new. Which led to the question of what can she subtract? This is something we typically don’t ask ourselves….especially as women.
If you are feeling overwhelmed already (and it’s only the 13th of Jan) or even if you’re not, have you looked at what you could remove this year?
Do you do that as a regular practice?? I thought it was a great podcast and got me thinking. What are you still carrying? Could be something you’re doing out of habit. Carrying others’ expectations…
