Very little in life is "convenient." To wait for your schedule to open up or "things to slow down" will never work. The sooner you understand that YOU are the one who creates your schedule... And the sooner you understand that.... 💜 Vacations happen 🚀 Travel happens 💔 Relationships come and go 💼 Careers change 🔄 Hormones fluctuate Blah, blah, and blah... You realize that it's up to you to take action on your goals, REGARDLESS of what's going on in life. 💥 Take action now! Yes, even though you'll be traveling. Yes, even though you're studying for a big exam. Yes, even though your kids require you to drive them everywhere. LIFE IS LIFE..... 🤷🏻‍♀️ To wait for things to stop happening unexpectedly or inconveniently so you can focus on you is like saying, "I guess I'll start taking action on my goals when I'm dead." Does that work for you? We all know the answer. Or do you want the super power of knowing how to take care of yourself in the midst of WHATEVER else is going on?? 💪🏼 It doesn't happen by accident, babe. It requires your participation....
