down 12 lbs, 8 inches gone
and off the path to medication. 🙌 Michelle is a 51 year old Mom of two. The former athlete yo-yo dieted for years. Everytime she’d hit her goal she slid right back into old habits. A few months ago, while doing her annual check up her doctor brought up statins and that was her wake-up call. If you’re on a mission to get off the yo yo cycle and you wanna build consistency that lasts, this is a story you’d resonate with and learn a lot from. After you’re done watching this episode, I’d love to know, what could you relate to and why do you wanna reach your body goals? 👇

“Healthy” foods that might be keeping you stuck.
Ever been curious about what "healthy" marketed foods that are actually created to make you overeat and stall on your progress? I just dropped a new video where I break down the 5 foods that kept me stuck, the common pattern they all have, and the one mindset shift that changed everything. Here's what you'll learn: 1) Why the front of the box is "vanity" and the back is "sanity" — and how to tell the difference in seconds 2) The sneaky mindset trap I call "permission to snack" that makes you overeat without realizing it 3) How one food that seems completely harmless can quietly add 8 lbs to your body in a year I show you exactly what I look for on every label now so you can spot the trap yourself. After you're done watching, I'd love to know which of the foods can you relate to and did any of those fool you? Happy Watching 🍿

@Patti Donley definitely makes a great snack because is nature made, and high in fiber and a legume which means, vegan protein. As far as good source of protein depnds on what's the purpose. Chick peas aren't a complete source of protein because thats a downside to vegan proteins but if the intention is to use it as a snack then definitely :)

@Patti Donley you’re welcome!
She couldn't even finish the warm-up.
Laura, was an exhausted nurse who'd tried every diet with nothing sticking — until she felt her legs give out carrying her newborn grandson up the stairs, and that’s when she knew that something had to change. At 63 years old, She's now down 11 inches and 10.5 lbs, and the strongest she’s ever been. This is a message of hope and inspiration to any woman who wanna be the best version of themselves for their family. To learn how she did it click below 👇
