In our family, we regularly say "We do hard things." It's like the Webber motto. Recently, I've decided to get back in shape. I've been going to the gym consistently for about 2 months. However, the healthy diet has been more difficult. Then, I came across the sardine fast. Yep, just eating sardines for 3-7 days. I'm on day 2 and I've lost 7 pounds. Now, in general, I like sardines. However, for every meal is a whole new experience. I'm committed to keep going. My goal is 195, I'm now at 225. What hard things are you working on? Or, what hard thing do you want to start tackling?
