I have been doing a lot of networking lately, and having honed my “elevator pitch,” I still often get the question, “Well how exactly do you help your client’s — is it workouts or nutrition…?” In my view, It’s much more than that. It starts with embracing the trust that my client’s place in my abilities and my expertise in order to help them improve their overall health & well-being. Protecting that trust so that it increases in value, and in which almost all cases, has led to longterm relationships is the foundation of our work together and success.
