Peptides: This is one of the best articles I’ve read explaining what peptides are, which ones have been proven to work, and also why you should be careful if you’re considering peptides as part of your overall health & well-being protocol. It is widely regarded as the “Switzerland” of the supplement review industry because it is completely unaffiliated with any and all supplement manufacturers or brands. It’s the first and and pretty much the only place I go when I need vitamin & supplement information. FYI — They used to have a lot more free information. Now to get the most in-depth information they have a subscription service. But, I have found that if you input into their search function the information you’re looking for in different ways you’ll get a more complete picture. Supplement Testing Sites: These are the 2 third party testing sites when researching a specific supplement brand I recommend. They test and verify whether what’s stated on the bottle’s label is actually in the bottle.
