Automated PDF filler, Helping one of my client to solve a Business problem

Hello,

Just wanted to share How using AI helped one of my client to save lots of time and money.

One of my client is struggling with getting people to do a boring work of filling PDF document that his vendors are asking every quarter to ensure the compliance procedure.

Not only this, also while writing contracts for new customers, ensuring personalized documentation attached to quotations etc then need to struggle hard with the consultants for filling in proper data.

Challenges were

Its boring
very time consuming to get a person upto speed
hard to collate historic information
with unstable team member training cycle never ends
demotivating over accuracy

The boss (my client) already explored chatGpt and Gemini but the problem is the response are not close to on-premise data and moreover they still need human to fill that in PDF forms.

So, I suggested and build a POC with Ai and RAG on the on-prem database with Gemini.

he was like WoW and I closed the deal :)
