Successful behavior change starts with observation. Audit your daily activities. What are you doing that doesn’t move you towards your values? Where are you scattered between different types of tasks?
Noticing is the first step to meaningful change. I’ve tried auditing my day in a journal or spreadsheet and that just becomes a cumbersome task that never gets finished.
How I’m auditing now:
“Hey Siri, start a voice memo”
“It’s 6:00. I just did 25 burpees and ran a mile”
Take all the recording transcripts and put it into ChatGPT.
