We've all met people who are constantly busy.
Always working.
Always grinding.
But somehow... they're still in the same place a year later.
Being busy isn't the goal.
Being intentional is.
I'd rather spend one focused hour doing the right things than eight hours staying busy with the wrong things.
Every day I try to ask myself:
- What's the highest-value thing I can do today?
- Who do I need to follow up with?
- What conversation have I been putting off?
- What can I create that helps someone else?
That's how opportunities are built.
Not by doing more.
By doing what matters most.
