Networking with independent recruiters

Hey all - I just had a great chat with Blake Cagle about networking with independent medical sales recruiters. He said he got his last 2 positions that way. If you're not familiar, they are paid to match applicants with hiring managers. I actually got some interviews last year by an independent recruiter that approached me on LinkedIn. There are a ton on LinkedIn. I just reached back out to the one I talked to last year to keep my name in her head. Sorry if this is already known by everyone, I'm not all the way through the introduction modules yet. Just wanted to share!
