This is the check-in thread for the week. This is the loop the whole accountability system runs on. Commit, execute, report, adjust. Every week. It's worth 10 points, and it's required for the month 1 reward and the 90×90 reward, so skipping it costs more than the points. Your check-in does three things: 1. Reviews last week. What you committed to, and what actually happened. The real version, not the cleaned-up one. 2. Shows your numbers. Screenshot your dashboard so the work is visible. That's your all-time score, your points, your five metrics, and your streak in one shot. 3. Commits to this week. Specific and measurable, so next week's review has something to measure against.
