Success Starts With Showing Up
Everyone wants results, but not everyone is willing to stay consistent when progress feels slow. The people who succeed aren't always the smartest or the most talentedโ€”they're the ones who keep going even when nobody is watching. Every small step you take today is building something bigger for tomorrow. Stay focused. Stay consistent. Trust the process. Your future self will thank you for not giving up. Question: What's one goal you're committed to achieving this month?๐Ÿ‘‡

Consistency is hard to understand because to even witness consistency you must be consistent.
Subconsciously, you're scared somebody will actually say yes
When you finally try to get your first client, some part of you is quietly hoping nobody respondsโ€ฆ In this one I break down what really freezes you the second someone's interested, and the approach I used to finally close a $12k client. Here's what's inside: ๐Ÿ‘‰ The almost-immediate reply that completely froze me ๐Ÿ‘‰ The same mistake that killed every business I tried ๐Ÿ‘‰ What your endless preparation is really protecting you from ๐Ÿ‘‰ The approach that made my first client an automatic yes Check it out below. P.S. I have a few founding VIP seats are open right now. This is me working directly with you on your business, not a course or a group. Once these founding spots are gone the price goes up. If you want one, book a quick discovery call to see if it's a fit.

Hi Roman, i'm not sure if you're seeing this (im new to skool)
Hi Roman, i'm not sure if you're seeing this (im new to skool) but i'd like to ask a question. Im a developper, getting into marketing, trying to use my skill to partner with creators selling a digital product. My entry pitch is around building an AI version of the creator (like an LLM interface branded for them for and a backend pulling from a vector database filled by their content and thought patterns from transcripts. Frankly anything i can levarage as loong as it's their content). What do you think of this entry pitch ? and what you'd say is an appropriate price and deal structure as im trying to position this as a funnel play to restructure their entire setup eventually.

Replied to your DM already, but pasting here as well: My philosophy is always give something free first, especially with a new offer like this. Price is dependent on the entire model and it's really something you test until you find the sweet spot. Obviously, it's going to depend on how good your product is. But if you can deliver something that's personalized and provides big value fast for free, you will be able to charge many multiples more than a normal "buy now" funnel. Also, there's a lot of context I'm missing that I would want to go into like your avatar, messaging, traffic sources, touch points, etc. I can't really do that in this chat. I can hop on a call if you have some time soon or if you post in the community with more context, I can provide feedback.

@Nid .W Yeah, but there are so many more parts of the model that matter a lot. For example, how will you find them/contact them? How many could you do per day? What is your actual offer? Etc. If you have never sold this before I would try to talk to as many creators as you can and "pitch them" on trying your product for free in exchange for feedback/testimonials. This is something where the product needs to be really good for it to work and that's obviously going to come from rapid feedback and iteration.
๐Ÿ“ Weekly Check-In: Week of June 15, 2026
This is the check-in thread for the week. This is the loop the whole accountability system runs on. Commit, execute, report, adjust. Every week. It's worth 10 points, and it's required for the month 1 reward and the 90ร—90 reward, so skipping it costs more than the points. Your check-in does three things: 1. Reviews last week. What you committed to, and what actually happened. The real version, not the cleaned-up one. 2. Shows your numbers. Screenshot your dashboard so the work is visible. That's your all-time score, your points, your five metrics, and your streak in one shot. 3. Commits to this week. Specific and measurable, so next week's review has something to measure against. Copy this template for your check-in: Last week I committed to: [what you said you'd do] What actually happened: [the real version] Points this week: [number] This week I'm committing to: [specific and measurable] Stuck on anything? [optional, drop it here and the room will weigh in] ๐Ÿ“Ž Attach a screenshot of your dashboard. New thread goes up every Monday, and Execute weeks run Monday to Sunday. If this is your first check-in, add a line on who you are and what you're building so we can get to know you.

My original project was a little complex because it involved building a project that used AI with AI so figured I needed something simple first to get up and running. Am working though this one now using claude which has given me 9 steps to complete the project. Am currently up to step 4. As soon as I get an MVP will return to the daily steps

Okay, just remember that no matter what state your product is in, you can always talk to people who fit your avatar about what problems they have and how they can be solved. This is critical to building a good product.
