Hi everyone! 😊 I have put together a 14-Day Sleep Reset in the classroom (it unlocks at level 3). I haven't add yet any pinned comments in the modules (for accountability and so that people can share their experiences while going through the course), but I would really appreciate it if, whenever you have some time, you can check it out and tell me your thoughts... What did you think it was useful (if anything at all!)? What does the course lack in your opinion? How could it be improved? Would you have preferred that the format of the course was different (video, audio...)? Any feedback is more than welcome so feel free to (kindly, lol) 'roast' the course, I won't get offended!
