Most Etsy sellers build their shop backwards.
They chase trends…then wonder why sales are inconsistent.

💡 Use the 80/20 rule:
👉 80% = Evergreen products(things people buy year-round)
👉 20% = Trends + holidays(short-term spikes)
Why this works:
✔ Evergreen = consistent sales✔
Trends = extra bursts of traffic + cash
🚨 If you’re mostly doing trends right now…that’s why your sales feel all over the place.
