Hey! I know it was asked in the call the week before last about whether or not we should list our collections all at once or one day at a time but I was busy having my Ah HA! moment and didn't catch the answer 😅
Anyone else in here using Alura and having issues? They have a new platform they're rolling out that I had to change to because the original was slowing down on me and not working right. I switched to the new platform and yesterday it wouldn't let me add a video to my listing saying that "Etsy declined video". Today it won't even let me go in to edit my listing through the new platform. I tried to switch back to the original platform and it won't let me. So now I'm stuck in the middle and not able to add videos to my drafted listings! 😅 Just wondering if it's just me or if the system is overloaded from everyone trying to switch.
I've been using Canva for the last year or so, and I feel the same way. While I'm still getting my shop down I'd rather stick to what's familiar and working for me than get overwhelmed trying to learn too much at once.
Hi all! I have been messaging customers after their purchase to thank them and let them know I'm here if they need any help, but I was wondering is it okay to add in that the product they purchased has matching items if they want to check those out as well in case they didn't see them and can you send a link to them? Thanks!
I have actually never thought of this because I already have it set up in my sales & discounts section to send them a thank you offer/discount. Is this something we should be doing and I missed the memo?! Asking for a friend...😅
