February has 3 fewer days than January. That means 10% less time to generate revenue, but your fixed costs (rent, payroll, software) remain at 100%.
Mathematically, you have to be 10% more efficient this month just to match your January results.
The February Battle Plan: There is no time to "test" crazy ideas.
  1. Audit January: What was your single best ad/angle last month?
  2. Duplicate it: Don't invent anything new this week. Take what worked and create 3 visual variations of the same thing.
  3. Raise Budget: If you have a winner, scale vertically now that the competition (the January tourists) has left and CPMs are dropping.
February rewards speed, not creativity. Sprint.
