Gamification in HRM
Hi everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹
Since many here work on engagement systems inside organizations, I wanted to share something Iโ€™m working on that might be relevant.
Next week Iโ€™m running a Gamification in HRM workshop in Berlin, focused on behavior change rather than PBL. We're exploring topics like:
๐ŸŸฃ onboarding that actually sticks
๐ŸŸฃ feedback that feels rewarding instead of draining
๐ŸŸฃ building rituals and habits based on intrinsic motivators
๐ŸŸฃ the ethics of persuasive design (what not to use)
Itโ€™s a hands-on session โ€” not theory โ€” and Iโ€™ll be using design frameworks Iโ€™ve refined through serious games and workplace learning projects.
Iโ€™ll share key takeaways and frameworks here afterward for anyone whoโ€™s interested.
If anyone here is in Berlin and wants to join in person, the details are attached.
Looking forward to learning from your perspectives too.

This decade belongs to designers who understand drive, not rewards.
We deal with the transition from being a reward dealer to engagement designer.
