Hi everyone, great to be here 👋 I’m Sohrab, originally from Tehran and recently moved to Berlin. I’ve been a game designer for about 12 years, mostly focused on gamification and behavior design for learning and organizational performance. I’ve published five board games and built dozens of serious games aimed at developing soft skills and shaping workplace behaviors. My current goal is to contribute more to the European gamification community, exchange practices, and learn how others design systems that create long-term engagement without external rewards, something I’m very aligned with. What I want to learn here: How others approach feedback culture, habit-forming systems, and motivation that survives after rewards stop. I’m especially curious about the intersection of gamification and HR / talent development.
