This was a great class! 💪🏽 We cover Strengthening, Stretching, Chi Kung (Qigong) Breathwork and more! Watch the entire video, and feel free to move and breathe along 😉 You will feel energized for the whole day! Today was special because every student was able to feel the energy that their body's emit in the first 10 minutes of class! We started out making a chi ball, which was not recorded 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ (If 5 people comment, I will make a separate video on making Energy/Chi Balls!
