Yesterday me and @Jona De Boel had a great threshold workout. I did 5×1800m (Jona 5×1600), first 2 at 3:16/km (lactate 2.0 mmol), then 2 at 3:13/km (lactate 2.7 mmol). The increase was probably due to the heat and my body warming up during the session. Still, it was a really solid workout. Did all the reps in the Nike Pegasus Premium, love those shoes, super comfortable. Btw, feel free to share your workouts here as well!
