THE 7-DAY 'SHOW UP' CHALLENGE
We all have something we know we should be doing. Maybe it's: - 🙏 Spending 10 minutes with God every morning. - 🏃 Getting outside and moving your body. - 📚 Reading instead of scrolling. - ❤️ Being more intentional with your wife, husband, kids, or friends. - 💪 Finally starting that exercise routine. - 🎯 Spending 20 minutes a day working on that goal you've been talking about for six months. - 🧠 Taking time to reflect on your life instead of running on autopilot. Pick ONE thing. Commit to it for seven days. Show up every day. That's the challenge. What ONE thing are you ready to do??

Healthy Competitiveness 🔥
I was playing a game with my son tonight - and it got me thinking.. What are we competing for? Competitiveness can drive us to achieve remarkable things. But in a world chasing dopamine, success and recognition, are we competing for the things that actually matter? To love well. To be better husbands and fathers. To honor God. To live with integrity. To become men of character. To show up every day. Maybe it's time we changed the scoreboard. What are you competing for? 💪

Healthy Competitiveness 🔥
My Dad always said, 'Prevention is better than cure' 🔥
Had an interesting conversation with a friend today about the personal 'fires' we sometimes face in life. 🔥 You know those moments when you're feeling low, frustrated, tempted, or just about to react in a way you'll probably regret five minutes later? 🙈 (and often way longer) I know it's good to have your 'fire extinguisher' ready. To know what to do when those moments hit. But here's the thing...Wouldn't it be better to prevent the fire in the first place? Taking care of our spiritual lives daily. Spending time in God's Word. Building healthy habits. Recognizing the things that trip us up. In that way we can guard our hearts. (Proverbs 4:23) ❤️ What's a Scripture you stand on when you're facing those moments? I'd love to hear! 👇
