What if you're not broken but just disconnected? ✨
I've been sitting with this idea lately and I can't stop thinking about it.
So much of our suffering — the anxiety, the emotional loops, the feeling that something is just off — isn't actually a sign that something is wrong with us. It's a sign that we've lost connection.
To our bodies.
To our deeper selves.
To the intelligent energy that we actually are at our core. 🌸
We've been conditioned to live from the neck up. Analysing, overthinking, managing, controlling. Running on autopilot from a place of fear and protection without even realising it.
But there's another way of moving through the world. 💛
One where you stop fighting your experiences and start trusting them. Where you bring your awareness down into your body instead of spinning endlessly in your mind. Where you begin to see even the hard moments as information, as invitations, as part of your becoming. ✨
This is what embodiment actually means. Not just yoga or breathwork — though those are beautiful doorways — but a full, conscious coming home to yourself. To all of yourself. 🙏
And when that starts to happen? Something shifts. The anxiety softens. The patterns begin to loosen. Life starts to feel less like something happening to you, and more like something moving through you. 🌺
This is the work, dear. The real work. And you're already on the path. 💛🌿🤍
What does "coming home to yourself" mean to you?
I'd love to hear what resonates. 💫
