A reminder you might need today... πΈ
I know I did...
Self-love isn't a bubble bath and a face mask. Well, not only π
It's the moment you catch yourself in a spiral of self-criticism β and choose to speak to yourself differently.
It's setting a boundary even when it feels uncomfortable.
It's resting without guilt.
Real self-love is a practice.
Some days it flows easily, and other days it takes everything you've got. Both are okay.
One thing that has genuinely shifted things for me?
Checking in with my body before I check my phone in the morning.
Just one minute.
Hand on heart.
Asking β how am I actually feeling right now?
It sounds small.
But it slowly rewires the relationship you have with yourself. πΏ Why? Because you put yourself first π₯°
What does self-love look like for you in your daily life? What is it for you?
I'd love to hear one small thing you do β or want to start doing. ππ¬
