It's your nervous system getting the message — it's safe now. You can soften. You can stop bracing.
It's your soul remembering what you actually enjoy, what makes you feel alive, what matters when the busyness falls away. 🌺
And sometimes that process takes a few days.
Sometimes you have to move through the restlessness before the real rest arrives.
That's normal. That's your body unwinding, layer by layer.

Eat slowly.
Swim.
Nap without guilt.
Watch the sunset without filming it.
