How to unpack it better.
WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO THE NIGHT BEFORE.
There are scientific studies that show the benefits of writing down a routine the night before (especially with pen and paper) for achieving big goals. Basically, we prime our brains overnight, and the next day you already know what to do because it’s (unconsciously) mandatory.
So if you have big goals, like becoming more successful at what you want, or if you have ABSOLUTELY CLEAR ideas about what YOU WANT, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT write down what you’re going to do tomorrow to get there.
