Welcome to the Emily hobby community. I am Emily, 59 years old and from Slovakia. A small mountainous country in the middle of Europe. I would like to create a community of like-minded people like me who are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. I want to create a place where we can meet, advise each other and support each other on the path to health and beauty. In this community we will talk about: nutrition and foods that will heal us and food will not harm us, movement and exercise, peace and good mood, interesting advice on health and beauty, body yoga. The goal of the community I am building is to provide a safe space where people can share their experiences without judgment and receive support in recovering from trauma.
