Hey everyone, 👋 I'm Christy, a systems strategist + advisor. I work with service providers that are feeling overwhelmed and ready to hire help, but they haven't gotten their operations documented so they can't hand things off. I help them build systems they understand & work the way they think, so they can delegate (even to Ai agents) and scale when they're ready.
