Honestly, I’m really proud of this.
My Leadership Lab Skook is only 2 weeks old, still private, and we’re already at 94 members with 88% engagement.
No huge launch.No fancy ads.No massive strategy.
Just consistent conversations, real connection, and creating a space people actually want to be part of.
I care much more about depth than vanity numbers.
A smaller community with real engagement will always matter more to me than a large room full of silence.
This reminded me that you do not need thousands of people.You need the right people.
Small steps. Real momentum.
That’s where the juicy part happens.
