💜 A little thank you from me... {Interactive Offer Intensive}
As we wrap up the Interactive Offer Intensive, I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for experimenting. Thank you for being willing to try something new. Some of you have already launched tools. Some are still refining. Some are only just getting started. All of it counts. The goal was never perfection. It was to help you see what's possible when you turn your expertise into something people can actually experience and interact with. And we're not quite done yet... 🎉 On Saturday, July 11th, I'll be sending an email to my list featuring the interactive offers you've created. Over the next week, I'll be sliding into your DMs individually to check in, grab the details of your tool, and see if you'd like it included. So keep an eye on your messages! 👀 I can't wait to celebrate what you've built and get some extra eyes on these amazing tools!! Please keep sharing your wins, launches, and ideas in here. I have absolutely loved watching these come to life. Sending you so much love - and for all the members in the US - happy Fourth! 😘

🙋🏻‍♀️Why I joined this community a while back and then disappeared
Hi, I'm Tosca! And a couple of weeks ago I spent 5 minutes with an old Tuscan plumber talking about pipes, but apparently I used the word for fallopian tubes instead. 🇮🇹🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm still taking lessons ofc. That's just a preview of why I never did my intro post. My husband Christopher and I relocated from LA to Tuscany — specifically to Sansepolcro, a tiny medieval town most people have never heard of (but where my brother, his young family, and my parents all moved within the last 3 years). What we didn't fully account for was that the transition would take 13+ months of living in Airbnbs while sorting out a permanent place to live. That's A LOT of other people's beds, bathrooms, and kitchens. 😬 Last week we finally found a temporary apartment. We were supposed to sign the contract on Thursday. I'll let you guess what that happened... Actually nothing yet. We are still waiting. This is Italy. We have made our peace with it. Mostly. 😄 I have celiac disease and some spinal injuries, so that's not amazing with other people's houses. Add in the culture shock, the language learning curve, and trying to build a business through all of it, and something had to give. Other Skool communities I was a member in definitely did. And social media too. I only missed one of those. It wasn't social media. 😉 I'm taking a few more months off social intentionally and focusing on channels that don't require me to perform for an algorithm or send Mark Zuckerberg more money. So I'm finally, officially saying hi here! A little more about me: I run an AI education community here on Skool for women business owners who want to build AI-powered apps and workflows without the tech overwhelm. I'm here to get better at email (I sometimes get it right but other times, well...) get to know you all better and finally stop being the person on the sidelines here. One more thing you should know about me: I have a Chihuahua named Lulu who has strong opinions about Italian cobblestones and has actually gotten a bit better at navigating them but prefers not to, with her tiny feet. 🐾

so nice to meet you and it sounds amazing!
Hot take 🔥 Don't bother starting an email list...
Episode 254: The Most Dangerous Business Advice I've Heard This Year If I was starting from scratch in 2026... I'd build a community. I'd use AI. I'd create interactive tools. I'd do collaborations. I'd start a podcast. I'd focus on SEO. I'd do all of it. But I still wouldn't skip the email list. Not a chance. Curious... why are YOU building an email list? What's the role it plays in your business? (Podcast episode is now live if you want to hear my very spicy thoughts on this 😂 - and look at some of these replies from my own email list when I shared this episode with them... worth a listen my loves!)

@Natalie Hurdley so true
Small win 🎬
Sharing a quick win! My latest YouTube short hit 350 views within minutes of going live. For a brand new short, that kind of early traction is a really good sign. The topic? The Devil Wears Prada. A leadership lesson hiding inside my favorite fashion movie of all time. Filmed it with my amazing assistant Sammy and we had way too much fun. Celebrating the small steps that build big momentum.

Small Community. Real Momentum.
Honestly, I’m really proud of this. My Leadership Lab Skook is only 2 weeks old, still private, and we’re already at 94 members with 88% engagement. No huge launch.No fancy ads.No massive strategy. Just consistent conversations, real connection, and creating a space people actually want to be part of. I care much more about depth than vanity numbers. A smaller community with real engagement will always matter more to me than a large room full of silence. This reminded me that you do not need thousands of people.You need the right people. Small steps. Real momentum. That’s where the juicy part happens.
