My visibility and growth has stumped.
I was going so well last year on LinkedIn and in person stalls and getting people onto my email list. (until about June)
Since June, it's been quiet. I've not really grown my list and I have tried other things like PR but didn't manage to get people onto my list. Just got people to know me more.
I also notice that I know don't have the right systems in place to help me.
Too much admin stuff. Not enough relationship building and not enough marketing.
My website is a bit pants too! Functional but not made for getting people to sign up.
