Pinch Grip
Ever since I first started grip training I have always used plates to build my strength. One of my favorite challenges is adding loose plates together, pinching them together, and keeping them together through the lift. This has made a massive difference in my grip.
Does anyone else do this? I have done it with everything from 2.5s to 45s. I love it. It's especially great for training for time holds as well.
