Homemade “key pinch” lift
My brother made me this thumb and pointer finger pinch implement for me about a week ago but this is my first time trying it. I’d say it works pretty darn well if I do say so myself.
This is 20lb worth of plates on the loading pin/ carabiner. Exited to see how much I’ll be capable of this summer.
